Ever since The Prospect Exchange (TPE) hit the scene back in 2019, Minnesota Advance Program (MAP) and Flexx Hockey Institute of Training (FHIT) have been huge proponents of our platform. Justin Johnson and his team have continued to provide their customers with access to TPE video and analytics. The relationship between MAP, FHIT, and Mega Goaltending with TPE has proven to help young players grow as they pursue their goals, and has established TPE’s brand of video and analytics to be a powerful, indispensable tool.

Over the last three months, TPE has worked with MAP and FHIT in the “State of Hockey” to produce over 600 games featuring Minnesota HS boys and girls, Bantam boys, and youth girls. The extended coverage in the state is a direct reflection of how well the TPE platform is received by players and coaches alike. The easy and intuitive interface makes it easier than ever for players to get detailed feedback, and for coaches to get easy, direct access to players game and shift footage without having to filter through hours of game film.

Dan Daikawa, a veteran coach with 6 years of experience behind the bench in the NAHL, is excited about the partnership with TPE. “We feel that as a skills training company it’s important to see and work with coaches that can help work on individual skills that we see in the video to create better habits and details in their games.”

The Prospect Exchange (TPE) has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the Nashville Jr. Predators organization, and are thrilled to see the Jr. Preds sending four different teams to compete at the 2022- Chipotle / USA Hockey Nationals.

The boys teams will play round-robin games Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with the Championship games set for Monday April 4. The girls team will play Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with the Championship game also set for Monday April 4.

The 18U Tier I Boys team heads to Rochester, MI where they will face the Buffalo Regals, Yale Jr. Bulldogs, and Sioux Falls Power.

The 15U Tier I team will skate in Plymouth, MI to play Little Caesars, Cleveland Barons, and Dallas Stars.

The 14U Tier I team competes in Chicago, IL with Shattuck-St. Mary’s, LA Jr. Kings, and NE Wisconsin Jr. Gamblers.

The Girls 19U Tier II 2a team travels to West Chester, PA to take on the North Shore Warhawks, Boston Jr. Eagles, and Premier Prep Royal (MN).

TPE will have all of the games available on the website at https://theprospectexchange.com/ and will also be available to watch live at HockeyTV.com.

Everyone at TPE wishes all of the teams good luck at their respective tournaments.

Since our initial launch back in 2019, Minnesota Advance Program (MAP) has been our partner and huge advocate for our platform. Justin Johnson and his group have been outstanding to work with and have provided their customers with access to TPE video and analytics. The growth MAP, FHIT and Mega Goaltending have experienced under Justin’s leadership in impressive to say the least.

As we said in my previous post, TPE saw its greatest growth as well in 2021. With our goal to continue our upward trajectory, our leadership group acknowledged that we needed to add to it. We didn’t look far when we approached Justin to fill that role. Soon after joining our team, Justin made an immediate and positive impact as we look to grow in the mid-west.

As a former coach, I appreciate the diverse group of people we have assembled to help make TPE part of every youth player’s development and advancement. We all have our strengths and the key is always to allow those people to do as Bill Belichick says ” do your job”. We are so excited about 2022, we can’t wait to serve you.

TPE saw its greatest evolution and growth in 2021. In the spring TPE and ICEBERG Sports Analytics partnered to form Premium X. Utilizing ICEBERG’s first in class analytics, TPE is now able to provide all of its customers with the best video breakdown and analytical reporting. Not long after the integration of the two platforms, both companies were able to secure several partners including the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EHL), the Eastern Exposure Series (EES), the National Girls Hockey League (NGHL), Premier Ice Prospects (PIP) and most importantly TPH
Tournaments.

TPE player database grew to over 12,000 youth players throughout North America with both boys and girls hockey being well represented. TPE is now is able to provide coaches from every level with the largest database of player video and free of charge to coaches throughout the world.

As we enter 2022, many more big things are in store for TPE and ICEBERG Sports Analytics. As we continue to evolve and grow, the TPE development team has been working tirelessly at adding some features to both the player and coach dashboards that makes the user experience even better than what we provided in 2021. Come back and visit us here as we will be posting more about the improvements and changes to TPE.
